Product Description
Police Magnum OC-17 Pepper Spray offers the most powerful concentration of pepper spray allowed by law. This is the same spray used by police officers. Each unit also includes UV dye for later identification of the perpetrator by law enforcement. The handy unit allows for one hand operation and can be used to provide multiple blasts up to 12 feet away. A suspect will be immediately affected with burning skin, coughing, watery eyes, runny nose, difficulty breathing but will have no permanent injuries. It is both non-toxic and non-flammable. Effective against: muggers, carjackers, rapists, vicious animals, etc.. The hard shell injected molded case features a keychain attachment. 2 per order.

I AM A LADY THAT WORKS AT NIGHT.THIS IS THE RITE SIZE FOR ME,I DON’T WANT NOTHING TO NOTICEABLE. WITH THIS I CAN CONCEAL IT AND ALWAYS KNOW ITS THERE IF I NEED IT. I REALLY THOUGHT THAT IT CAME WITH HARD CASES THAT YOU CAN STORAGE THE MACE IN,HOWEVER THE HARD CASES THAT THEY ARE REFERRING TO IS THE PLASTIC THAT THE MACE IS SHIP IN.WHEN U SPRAY IT,IT COMES OUT WET AND VERY POTENT.JUST LIKE IT SUPPOSE TOO.

I run a lot. And through country roads. So big dogs chasing after me is nothing new, but always scary.
I bought this to protect myself from one farmhouse in particular that had a couple real aggressive big dogs. one of them came after me one day and I fired this at it. The stream shot true to aim, and flew out pretty steady for about 8 ft, which i liked because the dog wasn’t too close.
The *SECOND* it hit that dog’s face, the pooch quit barking and immediately turned around and ran back as fast as it could to it’s owners yard. It then proceeded to rub it’s face into the grass profusely. I did not see this dog on my route for the next few weeks. In fact, i thought i may have killed it, and was very happy to see it running around another day.
But nonetheless, this stuff works!

the product came in, exactly as ordered. 2 packs of pepper spray, police magnum oc-17, with keychain.
ok i wouldnt reccomend putting this in a purse, it would deff. go off if it got jostled too much. A keychain, perhaps, but I may just be over cautious. A better lockin system would be safer, but it was just as described, so thats fine.
Comes with 2 packs of this, one for my girlfriends car, and one for her keychain.
The spray canisters were study feeling, the keyring system seems sturdy enough, and i am more than pleased with this product. also was delivered 4 days or so BEFORE it was it be delivered, which ALWAYS makes me a happy camper. thanks alot, great vendor, fast shipping, and came in PERFECT condition.

Excellent product. Lightweight, can be hidden in palm of hand and easily used. Gave 1 to my mom and she loves it; it’s increased her confidence significantly.

I bought this item as a gift for my two nieces who’s in college right now. They told me that it was a great gift because the item is very important for them as their defense especially nowadays. They love it and it was very handy. It does not take too much space on their purse and very intimidating when they use it as a key chain.

This product saved my life from a sudden attack by a pit bull dog!
Last week, in Daly City, California, I was walking down a sidewalk towards my car, when I glanced up and saw a very large pit bull dog standing in my path. He was wearing a collar but was NOT on a leash, there was no one nearby to claim him as his owner, and I could tell from the look in his eyes that he was “sizing me up” (mentally determining if I was a threatening risk). I am an Asian female, sized 5’3.” Fortunately, I had the “OC-17 Police Magnum” pocket spray keychain hooked up to my house/ car keys, which I kept in my front jean pocket. I immediately took it out of my pocket and turned the nozzle to “on,” to be ready, just in case I was going to be attacked.
I started to cross the street, away from the dog, to try to avoid him and find an alternative path to my car, but it was too late. I heard the dog’s collar jingling as he bolted across the street. I turned around, and saw him running straight towards me at an aggressive speed. I pressed the nozzle of my OC canister and saw a dark, red cloud of spray disperse into the air, it surprised the dog and he immediately walked away from me, then headed off into someone’s back yard. That gave me enough time to dash into my car and call the police. I was SO thankful that I had my OC spray handy, and that it worked! This is a MUST-HAVE for anyone. Having OC spray is important because it’s 1) less lethal than a firearm, 2) less expensive and bulky than carrying a Taser or obtrusive handheld weapon (like a tire iron or riot baton), 3) offers more stand-off distance from your attacker than a knife, 4) is very affordable, 5) is easy to carry and conceal and 6) is legal to use (firearms in California are illegal, unless you are protecting your home). Yet it only takes 2 seconds to use it and effectively ward off your attacker. I also carry this OC spray in my hand, when I’m walking through a bad neighborhood in a city. Having deployed overseas for a year to Iraq, and then to Afghanistan, I have developed a need for self-defense against attacks. Carrying this OC spray makes me feel MUCH more protected, than if I wasn’t carrying anything. Remember: “Always be ready for anything, at any time (complacency kills! stay alert, stay alive!).”
NOTE: I also keep a mini bottle of Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo and bottled water in my car, in case I need to decontaminate. The combination of the two helps to flush out the OC spray from a victim’s eyes.

very fast, and easy to carry with. but you need to be careful since the twist is easy to open and face yourself.

The darn safety tab kept going to the release position, then while working in the garden it fired! Burned my leg and stomach like heck so I can’t imagine what a shot in the face would do. I’m only thankful that the spray was directed away from my body or I would have needed major sedation if you know what I mean. Am re-ordering the two set that comes in the little leatherette pouch figuring that will solve the misfiring possibility.

I bought this for my sister and I because we go running in the early morning. I havent used it since I got it (thank goodness) so I cant comment on that , but I can say that the package came quickly and in perfect condition. I put it on my keychain and it goes with me on all of my runs. I feel much safer now.
