   WARNING: As someone pointed out, buy this product ONLY FROM AMAZON. Apparently some of the sellers are selling knock offs of the actual product. I GOT THE REAL DEAL when I purchased directly from Amazon
   AMAZING PRODUCT! I bought 3 of these and 2 of another model. It is certainly a Guard Dog product (has all the labelings and box) and has the hidden stun gun. Shopped around and the cheapest out there. My cars are bulletproof, I carry a gun and have cameras around my house so I only want the best for me and my family. this was the perfect addition. I don’t worry when walking at night.. and I don’t have to worry about the scrutiny as if I fire a gun.

   Don’t order one of these online, they’ll just send you a cheap Chinese knock off. I just got mine and was pretty angry to open it and see that it wasn’t even Guard Dog brand, just some crappy made plastic look alike that didn’t have any voltage rating, no instructions and the “hidden” prongs aren’t hidden at all. Save your money and buy one you can actually try out first.

   This gives me peace of mind while walking my dog in my neighborhood. If a stray dog comes up to me and my dog then I have a way to protect us. Actually, I have not needed to use it because it gives me confidence which scares the stray dogs.
   I will purchase another one for my daughter when she gets older and goes to public events without me (ugg).
   The only thing I would change is the ability to use the stun option without turning off the light.

   I bought two of the Guard Dog stun guns and they both broke on me. When they arrived I immediately charged them and tested them out. The spark was kind of intimidating, more like a fire cracker….and they seem to be made very cheaply and are complete boot-legged knock off copycopy cats of the real thing that goes under the same name. They must be made in China because these particular stung gun flash lights suck. I returned both of them the same week I got them and I’m still waiting for my refund.

   Well no lanyard pin safety & no glass breaking knob . But a good flash light the stun looks like a winner as well. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Will be keeping and might get a few more for Grand Daughters etc. Over all opinion >>> happy customer.

   There were no volunteers to test the stun feature so far, and the flashlight is not very bright, but I do enjoy the concealed nature that this stun gun provides, and its small size makes it easy to carry. The safety switch is awkwardly placed on the back end by the lanyard, but the “stun” button is far too accessible (and therefore easy to press accidentally) for there not to be a safety switch.

   Like other user mentioned, too bad the stun can only be operated when flash light is off. Should have return it really.

   Zapped myself with it to try it out, works awesome.

   Be warned however, the sheath is absolute crap. You’re going to wind up putting a belt clip hook on the back end to hook to your belt loops. The reason the sheath breaks so easilly is that the prongs at it’s tip pull at the sheath every time it’s drawn from it’s sheath and rip the nylon apart. I have been completely unable to find a working sheath for it, since the buttons for the zap and for the flashlight are so far out from the main handle of the handle itself.

   So be warned, sheath is crap, actual product is great.

   Also, the actual brightness of this comes out to just above a Mag Light (Mags being 20 lumens or so on average), it seems to be around 30-40 lumens. Not as bright as the typical Officer flashlight in my business by any means (we typically use 140+ lumen flashlights), but it still works better then a mag light.

   Have had this for a month and have tested it, very pleased. Am confident it will meet my needs if it becomes necessary to use it.
